14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any controversy or dispute arising out of these Terms, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

14.2 Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing litigation. The mediation shall be conducted in Croatia in accordance with Croatian law.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
